Returns and Exchanges

Hopefully you love what you ordered from SANLO. But in case you dont, we’ve written out how you can complete a return or exchange of an item(s). We will make our best effort to complete your request as quickly as possible.

Returns

Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 7 days upon receiving your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original payment form and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. All purchases of sale merchandise are final sale.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items must still have their tags attached when returned/exchanged.

How to Return Merchandise by Mail

Before mailing the item you wish to return, please send an email to info@sanloshop.com.

Step 1: State the item and reason for your return

Step 2: Request for an RA number of the return 

Step 3: Be sure to include your receipt number in this email. (this can be found in the original purchase confirmation email)

Once your return request is received and approved, an email will be sent to you which includes: Instructions on packing and sending the item(s) you want to return, and the amount of your refund.

Once we have answered your email and authorized the return, mail us your item(s) to:

As soon as we receive your package, we will refund the cost of the returned merchandise to your original payment form. You will receive an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for the refund to post to your account of a credit card was used for purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges or guarantee insurance for your package. We recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
