Shipping Information

Our Shipping Policies

We process orders Monday through Friday,not including holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will be processed until the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.

Certain items in our online catalog may be unavailable for international shipping. These include furs and exotic leathers. If there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

If an item can not be reordered for any reason, we will notify you via email and you will be refunded for your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Options and Rates

All domestic packages are shipped via FedEX and we offer four different shipping options for delivery within the United States.

Please allow 1 – 2 business days after placing your order for processing.

Ground (5 to 7 business days) – $10
3 Day Select (3 to 4 business days) – $20
2nd Day Air (2 business days) – $25
Next Day Air (1 business day) – $35

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or US territories.

Tracking Your Order

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via FedEX:

You can find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent you. Clicking on this tracking number should take you to your package on the FedEX website. If clicking on the number doesn’t work, you can visit and enter your number to track your package.

If your order includes several items, they may be sent to you in more than one package. If this is the case you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
